This consultation is suitable for you if your health complaint has been with you longer than six weeks (consistently or sporadically). Within a 60-90-minute consultation I will take a thorough health history including your physical, mental, emotional and family health history. All these factors will be taken into account, and I then choose remedies that best support your overall wellbeing. This can be for any complaint from depression to insomnia and more. The aim here is to get to the roots of your illness and create improvement in your overall immunity and vitality.
Note consultation will take place via Zoom/Messenger/WhatsApp. A PayPal invoice will be sent once the booking is made. Payment is required on receipt of your invoice and prior to consultation. You'll receive a link to Zoom (or other options) just prior to your consultation.

This appointment is suitable for clients who have had an acute or first consultation within the last 8 weeks.
During this appointment, we will discuss progress made and decide if any changes need to be made to your prescribed remedy to see continued improvement. Price includes email updates in between appointments.

ACUTE short-term condition. This is ONLY for a condition that has lasted no more than 4 weeks. If you have had it for longer than this then you must choose a full first appointment as the body has now created a deeper-rooted condition that needs a more detailed approach.
Acute complaints include such things as fever, infection, coughs (recent) and influenza, burns, food poisoning, dysmenorrhea, and childhood diseases. Within a 20-minute consultation, I will take detailed information about your specific set of symptoms. The right prescription will generally produce very quick improvements.
